I went painting with my friends Kim Casebeer and Brian Slawson in the Flint Hills. It was late in the day so I just set up my easel in my lap rather than use my tri-pod. The canvas panel is already primed with a wash of Cad. Red Light as an undertone. I block in main areas with brush and a wash of oil paint.
